Description

Library Hall was the founding stage to what would eventually inspire the nation’s Library of Congress. Created by Benjamin Franklin and his pals from the Library Group back during the early years of the Nation. View the American Philosophical Society’s website for some further information on the matter.

Now, similar to several locations that Franklin frequented during his life, it would seem that his spirit still lingers long after death. With haunted halls and moving books, along with a statue that seems to come to life and dance about the streets. Library Hall is certainly one of the more interesting haunts within Philadelphia. In conclusion though, welcome to the continuation of Fright Month for 2019!
